Hungarian Hot Wax (ripens from green to yellow to orange to red) and Cayenne (ripens from green to red). The closer to red, the spicier the pepper.
Color and variety depends on what is ripe in the garden. Requests are welcome, and we will try our best to honor them.
The more color, the hotter the pepper, but with any pepper, the spice is concentrated in the pith and seed. Remove these for less heat. Varieties available are jalapeno, Hungarian hot wax, poblano, and cayenne.
