Delicious raw with its crisp bite and only slightly spicy taste. Cooking brings out its sweetness. We recommend eating raw on its own or in a salad or roasted with olive oil, salt & pepper in a hot oven. Edible greens cook down similar to spinach.
STORAGE & CARE:
If not using right away, cut tops from turnips to prevent softness. Greens can keep if treated like a flower bouquet and placed in a jar of water and stored in the fridge. Leaves will stay fresh for at least a week.
